About David W. Sprague, Ph.D.
Serving Patients Since 1991
In 1991, Dr. Sprague started his own practice in Batavia. Dr. Sprague has seen individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide variety of issues. He spends most of his time counseling, but he has also conducted several types of psychological evaluations at the request of individuals and various agencies. During this time Dr. Sprague has conducted evaluations for New York State police and corrections officers, for the New York State Office of Vocation Rehabilitation, for the Social Security administration, and for court-ordered and school-requested evaluations.
