Dr. Sprague's office is centrally located at 113 Main Street (to the right of Main Street Coffee & across the street from Bank of America). His office is located on the second floor and there is an elevator making it accessible for people with disabilities. It is discretely positioned at the back of the building along with other businesses and social service agencies. Parking is available along Main Street, in the parking lot of the mall, or in the lot on Center Street.
